Our cuisine reflects our deep roots in the Landes: authentic, generous and respectful of the rhythm of the seasons. Each dish is prepared using carefully selected local produce: market vegetables, free-range poultry, fish from Capbreton harbour… We work with local supply chains, favouring local producers and artisans from around Soustons, Magescq and Tosse.

Our menus change with the seasons and the harvests. You will enjoy home-cooked cuisine, sincere and full of south-western flavours, accompanied by carefully selected wines chosen to enhance every dish.
